Students from Dhaka College and Dhaka City College obstructed traffic at the intersections of Nilkhet and Science Lab, and other student groups blocked additional roads across the city, including the Agargaon and Hotel Intercontinental intersections in Dhaka, with student groups nationwide blocking many other roads.The action was part of the demand to cancel the government job quota system and reinstate the 2018 circular.
