Leaders and activists of Bangladesh Chhatra League obstructed anti-quota demonstrators and tore down protest banners in different Dhaka University residential halls during the day's protest programme. BCL President Saddam Hossain denied the allegations, saying the organisation had instructed its members to act with restraint and responsibility.
