Students of Barishal University blocked the Barishal-Kuakata highway to protest reinstatement of the quota system in government jobs. They started from the campus and took position at Nathullabad bus stand around 11:30am, creating 5km long tailbacks on both sides of the highway and preventing local and long-distance buses from departing Nathullabad.
